IT’S TIME TO TALK TURKEY FOR THANKSGIVING 2025!

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it’s time to think about Turkeys: Our Hot Meals Thanksgiving Dinner will be on November 30, 2025, the  Sunday after Thanksgiving. We are expecting 10 turkeys from the Morongo Band of Indians this year, and in addition, anyone wanting to buy, cook, and donate a turkey for future use will be appreciated. Please let   Sandi or Robert know if you can pick up, cook, and deliver one of the turkeys. They come to us frozen, so we thaw them in the refrigerator in Fellowship Hall and appreciate anyone who can pick up a turkey or two and cook and prepare them for our Hot Meals Thanksgiving Feast.

We are asking that cooked birds be brought to Copeland Hall kitchen on Saturday, November 29, between 11:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. We’d appreciate your turkey being cut into serving slices if possible, and pan juices for gravy are a nice addition. If you are bringing cooked turkey, pies or sides, please contact Sandi in the church office or email Robert Spitzer rgspitzer146@gmail.com and let them know.
