STEP INSIDE RIVERSIDE’S HISTORIC GEMS
The City of Riverside in partnership with the Riverside Downtown Partnership and the Mission Inn Museum and Foundation are hosting the City’s eighth annual Doors Open event. Doors Open events began over 30 years ago in France and has since spread across Europe, North America, and Australia. These events provide free access to captivating historic sites that are often closed to the public. By opening the doors to these architectural gems, event organizers hope to increase awareness of historic architecture and the community’s collective heritage in California’s only Doors Open event. Calvary will host a Stained-Glass Window Tour at 2 p.m. given by our own Marlene Flowers. To sign up for the Stained-Glass Window Tour, please email Janice at www.riversidedowntown.org or call her at (951) 781-7339 at Riverside downtown partnership to reserve your space for the tour. Space is limited, so don’t wait if you want to participate in Doors Open Riverside.

Evening Bible Study with Eric Brandenberger,
Jesus’ Final Lessons to his Disciples from the Gospel of John
Thursdays, 5-6:00 p.m. July 30 – August 27, 2026 Milliken Room
John 13 – John 17 is an important section of the Gospel of John.
From the Passover meal in the Upper Room where Jesus washed their feet, to his heartfelt pastoral prayer, there are rich lessons to explore. Jesus wanted the disciples (and us) to take heart even as he was preparing them to live without him.
