STEP INSIDE RIVERSIDE’S HISTORIC GEMS
Riverside is unlocking the doors to some of its most cherished historic sites! The 8th annual Doors Open event will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M., offering free access to local historic gems including the Center for Social Justice & Civil Liberties, Peter J. Weber House, Harada House, UCR Arts, The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art and Culture, Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California, and much more. Many buildings, some typically closed to the public, will open their doors for a unique look at each one’s history. Enjoy exclusive docent-led tours and experience our City’s rich culture and historic architecture firsthand! Calvary will host a Stained-Glass Window Tour at 2 p.m. given by our own Marlene Flowers. To sign up for the Stained-Glass Window Tour, please email Janice at www.riversidedowntown.org or call her at (951) 781-7339 at Riverside downtown partnership to reserve your space for the tour. Space is limited, so don’t wait if you want to participate in Doors Open Riverside.
