 The SESSION is the governing board of a Presbyterian Church. The session at Calvary has 18 elders elected by the congregation for 3-year terms (1/3 new each year). They are responsible for the ministries, activities, missions, and budget of the whole church life.

 The BOARD OF DEACONS is composed of 24 individuals or couples and charged with the care and concern for our members and regular participants. Our Deacons contact members to assure the church is providing care when and where needed. In addition the Board of Deacons maintains hospital equipment to loan, provides transportation to worship, produces a Friendship Brunch twice a year, and serves communion to two retirement residences regularly.
